Operating Instructions

Adjust the seat to a comfortable height. Unit starts automatically. There is a 20 min warm up. You may sit in the unit during this time or put a towel over the top to keep in the heat. After entering the cabinet place a towel around your neck to avoid excess heat from escaping. You may place the pillow behind your back for support and comfort. LEAVE THE TOWEL/RUG IN FRONT OF STEAM CABINET TO ABSORB ANY CONDENSATION THAT MAY FALL FROM THE DOOR WHEN OPENED.

DO NOT USE THE STEAM CABINET IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
